MODULES OF THE SUITE
ULIXES PROFI (PROFILES MATCHING)
Once received a request of feasibility from a client Ulixes performs a research within the company database of the profiles, providing back the similar ones with the related extrusion parameters (if paired with EMS).
No hand made researches or human intervention required, any research is performed automatically in seconds
ULIXES OPTI (EXTRUSION SIMULATION)
In case no similar profiles are found, Ulixes simulate the extrusion process, providing back the theoretical extrusion parameters, with different scenarios based on press, number of cavities, profile length etc.
If paired with EMS 3rd Generation, such parameters are applied to the actual production runs, granting a uniform flow between the different stages of the process, and may be synced with the ERP for cost calculation purposes.
